Probably every thing cant be automated this is best understood by the people who actually planned BPEL Process development, that’s why they planned for human approval task, you can always programmatically set condition to approve amount between so and so and reject rest of loan requested amount, but sometimes finding the reason why the loan is requested might also be of some importance where only a human intervention can help solve that,
The Objective of this exercise is to build a Human Workflow where a loan requester will input name, loan amount, loan requested reason and his annual income,
