Objectives

  • Govern and Manage overall Architecture Contract with deployed solution
  • Ensure Conformance that Deployed solution meets the Target Architecture Specifications
  • Mobilize Resources
  • Formulate recommendations for each project implemented

Steps to be followed in this phase

  • Confirm scope for deployment and development management
  • Identify deployment resources and skills
  • Perform enterprise architecture compliance review
  • Perform post implementation review and close the implementations

Inputs

The inputs of Phase G are:

  • Request for Architecture work
  • Capability Assessment
  • Communication Plan
  • SOW and Architecture Vision Document
  • Architecture Repository, Architecture requirement specification , Architecture Road-map
  • Migration plan and Implementation plan

The outputs of Phase G are:

  • Architecture Contract Signed
  • Compliance Assessment
  • Impact Analysis
  • Implementation recommendations
  • Recommendation on performance metrics
  • Service level agreements
  • Transition Architecture – updated post implementation
